At the present time the local real estate market does not have any components that are driving it negatively or positively.
Interest rates are still at historic lows, but seems to be slowly rising. Rental inventory is in short supply and the prices for rents, are increasing. Financing may still be a challenge to some however if you shop around you will find a lender that will have a program for you. Inventory is in short supply but rising slowly Cash sales appear to be stable. Foreclosures appear to be stable. You still can find values but you have to look harder and further for them. Prices do not appear to be rising rapidly.
The market is more driven by finding the right property for the buyer and sellers needs. It is not being driven by any extraordinary dynamics.
Boring ? Yes but I will take it the way it is.
