I just read the above article which talks about home ownership dropping to low levels. I do not take exception to any of the reasons the article is sighting which are reasonable and logical.

What I would say is that mortgage rates are still at historical lows, Rental prices continue to raise and prices to build are also going up. If millennial can overcome the obstacles facing them home ownership  should still be considered.  Of course there are external factor like the economy and jobs to consider.

I would be pleased to have a dialogue with you about your individual situation and your needs. It is easy to generalize but it does not lend itself to creative solutions to solve individual situations.
