Yesterday i wrote an artical about the Citigroup setlement. Today I am reading about Bank of Amrrica. Yes these settlements are large however I have just read an article that says the FED Reserve is holding Trillions of dollars in bond buy backs which is 4 times higher than 2008 to stimulate the economy. So while I feel badly for the stock holders of the banks, I know the cost of the damage done to the overall economy and American pepople is greater.

I guess the question is what is thr right price to pay for those excesses? Unfortuneately i do not have the answer. The real estate market is coming back. It is stronger in some areas than others. It takes all of my wisdom and energy to keep up with the local markets.
